Membership questions
How does membership work?
Choose a tier, sign up online in a couple of minutes, and your card is billed monthly. Your shots, credits, and discounts are ready each month when you book. We'll help you pick the tier that fits how often you visit.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. Memberships have a 6 month initial term, then continue month to month. After the initial term you can cancel anytime with a quick message or call, no fees.
Who administers the IVs?
Every IV and injection is administered by Miah Spaulding, FNP, a board certified nurse practitioner, or a licensed nurse on our team, in our Stevens Point or Appleton location.
